Our Pandemic Response Commitment
We are continually working to identify and implement ways to protect and support our associates and customers during this time. Below are just a few of our efforts.
Masks and gloves are available to all in the workplace who want them, and Plexiglass shields have been installed to protect our associates.
Emergency Paid Leave
14-days of emergency paid leave for all associates who need it, whether that’s because they are feeling sick, caring for a loved one, or because they have been faced with new hardships, such as closed schools or daycares.
Extended emergency paid leave up to a total of four weeks for those at a higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19.
We’ve extended our Teladoc benefit to all associates and their families, regardless of enrollment.
All Lowe’s employees receive a 10% discount on store merchandise for themselves, friends or family, as well as deeper discounts on select products.
